An ANC 12 weeks patient case Urine report shows 20-25 pus cells. Urine culture was sterile before starting t/t. I have tried Tab Cefixime, Nitrofurantoin, Cephalexin but still urine R/M shows the same report.

She is drinking a lot of water. What should be done in such a condition? Thanks
