A young female presented as pain upper abdomen. She underwent ultrasound which showed few gall stones? Gall bladder sludge/mass, GB wall thickening and peri cholecystis oedema. Her LFT was normal. CBC was also normal. She was managed as acute cholecystitis and responded well. CECT whole abdomen revealed?
Gall bladder mass/? sludge. Patient wants surgery for gall stones. How to proceed in such case ? How can we confirm or rule out Gall bladder? Frozen section histology is not available in this hospital!
