There is controversy on the use of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ACE-I) for advanced Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)patients. Also, there are very meager reports on the evaluation of ACE-I for CKD in an advanced stage. The present article has summarized the data of a study that evaluate the benefit versus risk of these inhibitors for Stage-5 CKD patients.
