A 45n year old male with f8 deficiencies (f8=1'83%) has right ankle pain with mild swelling since 5 months. X-ray shows narrowing joint space with enlarged bone end his leg was in pup for three weeks.

The movements are restricted and the pain is still worsening with moving. Please provide diagnosis and treatment.
