A 38-year-old with no significant past medical history was presented with asymptomatic papules on the hands. Examination Flesh-to pink colored papules were present on the bilateral dorsal hands. Papules were numerous, minute, and erythematous. The papules were grouped into an annular ring. The patient had used over-the-counter-antifungals with no response. He did not complain joint pain, fever, eye irritation or recent illness.
