Dear Friends,  I have a 75 year old lady with Diabetes with CRF and UTI. We have given Inj. Cefaperazone with Sulbactum for 10 days and she is better; however the Urine CS has tested positive to E. Coli and senstive to Norfloxacin ?

Urea is 63 and Creatinine is 4. What are your thoughts on dosages of Norfloxacin? Thank you.
