A 52-year-old male patient presented to a physician with a lesion in the right nostril . Past History The patient had an extensive history of being exposed to the sun He had a history of 35 pack-year smoking Pathological Examination The lesion was present in the right upper medial nasal vestibule which was examined by an otolaryngologist The otolaryngologist sent a bacterial culture of the lesion which was reported to be negative.
