Medical colleges are an extremely valuable resource for Indian healthcare. However, they are very poorly utilized and seem to have become mills for churning out doctors. Here is a simple suggestion which would help the Government to make better use of the talent and energy in these colleges. Every medical student would have created digital patient educational material in a local language during their training. This would be uploaded to the college website and would be an essential part of their syllabus.
