A patient with pregnancy of 24 weeks with previous LSCS having bleeding off and on USG showing low lying placenta. I have started injection proluton depot 500mg tranexamic tab and in case of bleeding iron calcium protein supplements. I am scared if it turns to be accreta.

What precautions should be taken? How to handle this case as it will be life threatening?
