A small nodule at the piercing site of ear lobule developed in a girl when she was 7 yrs old. The nodule was operated by a general surgeon. A sill larger nodule developed post operativly. It was once again operated by an ENT surgeon. She had a repiercing around 8 mths after. A still bigger nodule developed.
A biopsy revealed Granulamatous mass but with no evidence of tubercular pathology. She was now operated by a plastic surgeon but to no avail. This was followed by a complete excision and ear lobule wasreformed by raising a flap from the back of ear. Now at the age of 20 yrs the nodular swelling redeveloped. She is administered inj Triamcinolone frequently. Give your valuable suggestions for the treatment options.
