Dear collegues, A 40 year old patient arrived at my clinic with complain of restlessness, abdominal discomfort and loose stools. I placed him on Cefixime, anti amoebic and deworm therapy. Stool Exam revealed Ova of Paragonimus.The patient reported after 5 days with resolved GI symptoms but unresolved restlessness and additional tremors in upper limb especially right hand.

Should we suspect neurological involvement.
