A 32-year-old woman presents to the clinic complaining of severe pain in the lower back and right buttock. The pain started 15 days after the C-section delivery. The pain increases during walking, sitting on the buttocks, and standing for a moderate amount of time.
Apart from the C-section delivery, she does not remember any trauma or strenuous activity. Medical history Gestational diabetes mellitus that is controlled with dietary regulations.
