Yesterday I attended a function where senior doctors of the city were felicitated. As expected after felicitation they were given an opportunity to speak something. Everyone spoke about routine things first and then raised concerned about the patient-doctor relationship in the current scenario. We know about this in the details current situation, problems with this and changing practice pattern etc. That is not my point today, advice to will take it some other day.

Learned speakers one or other give useful advice to young doctors about how to deal with changing times. During that discussion a finger was also pointed on medical profession and concern were raised  some issues like, over investigating a patient, becoming highly professional and at times commercial approach in practice.
