You must have come across with many places in India which are giving FELLOWSHIPS in Orthopaedic Surgery, Vaginal Surgeries, Hair Transplantations Surgery, Dental Surgery. Many are claiming to be "Sister Concerns" different university. Can anybody from the members of this forum guide us to how come such places are working without any MCI permissions?
