A 55-year-lady, patient of severe Rheumatoid arthritis under Methotrexate, HCQ, PREDNISOLONE, had RHEUMATOID pleural effusion on Lt side and got treated two months ago. Now came with pain on Rt side, X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW shows small nodules with Haziness in Rt lower lobe.
