80years old man c/o mild pain at Lt hip joint and stiffness in Lumber region, there is swelling over feet from one month. CBC, ECG,2D Echocardiography is normal,  along with blood sugar.

Xray of the pelvis is very sclerotic, hip joints show osteoarthritic changes and few Bone cysts in Lt femur trochanteric areas How to explain and understand this XRAY pelvis?
