A 12 yrs old boy is having slowly progression of abdomen ,and swelling over feet for last three months,he had jaundice 3 months back, at present he has ascitis, b/l pedal oedema.no malena,no jaundice.no fever. his diagnostic ascitic tap-report is as given below-total protein-1.46 gm,glucose-89mg%,TLC-250/CUMM,DLC-100% lymphocyte .
