Gov of india guideline and protocol for care of victim of sexual assault (available at - Medico-Legal Care for Survivors/Victims of Sexual Violence ) says "if physical and genital injuries present but pathological and FSL report is neg of semen,alcohol. drugs, lubricant it is should be interpreted as "there is no sighns s/o vag/anal intercourse but there is evidence of genital assault".
It is given under non penile penetration heading. My query is - Is it not possible that penile penetration have occurred but without discharge of semen ?
