The guidelines for reducing the risk of viral transmission during fertility treatment has been published by American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). However, inability to get proper systemic data and prove of any specific technique for better outcomes directs the physicians to tackle this patient on case-to-case basis. In this article, we have tried to put up a general idea and guidelines for fertility treatment of individuals with HIV infection. There is a growing population of couples who have some medical issues, but they are willing to conceive a baby.
