My friend is working in a private medical college in Mathura for the last six months. Recently,he recently came to know, the majority of surgeries, general surgeries as well as gynaecological surgeries are done by the people not qualified, means, neither (MS or DNB or Md gynae).

He informed this to authorities verbally and the reply was negative. As an anaesthetist, what are the legal problems in future and how to avoid that ?
