A 30-year-old female is on Levothyroxine Sodium100mcg daily dose. She conceived one month back. Her T3 is 145, T4 is 13 and TSH is 0.04. All other ANC investigations are normal.
She is free of symptoms. What dose adjustments should be made and is it safe to prescribe in pregnancy. In what range should the TSH be maintained during pregnancy?
