Dear friends,  Please give your valuable opinion for one of my patient aged 42, female, weight 65kg, with no signs and symptoms. Checked routinely twice for TFT. Both the time shows TSH 0.19. T3 and T4 are normal.

Does it need treatment or there is some other possible cause and suggest management for it? Thanks and regards to all.
