A 58 years complain of sudden b/l hearing loss .his one ear hearnig better in 2_3 days.He is no HTN ,DM ,DYSLIPIDEMIA.consult to ENT doctor give steroid but not respond. Audiometry shows one ear mod to severe hearing loss and in other ear mild to mod hearing loss.know he complain of tinnitus in on ear and mild vertigo on standing.
