Short general anesthesia commonly used drugs in anesthesia practice are Atropine/ Glycopyrrolate, Midazolam, and ketamine 100-200 mg. By using Hyoscine in place of Atropine/Glycopyrrolate we can reduce the dose of ketamine. Hyoscine is better anticholinergic than Atropine or Glycopyrrolate in adult and pediatric anesthesia practice.

Because it has additional properties like  Sedation (Atropine is a stimulant) Anxiolysis  Antiemetic Good amnesic Smooth muscle relaxant action  Decreases acid secretion in stomach etc . What is your suggestion in this regard?
