A two and a half year old boy shows signs and symptoms similar to autism like he is not speaking and also not trying to speak, he is uttering sometimes, lack of concentration,  not making eye contact, doing things repeatedly. So plz tell to hiw to reach the diagnosis and if it is autism what will be the best line of treatment ?
