A patient delivered a baby by normal delivery with episeotomy after that she coplaint urinary retention.she was given urinary catheter for 5 days after which the problem resolved. Few days after she started complaining for the same problem for which the tablet tilstigmin 50 mg was given.

There was no relief ... Please suggest solution Thank you
