A 23 yrs old pregnant female with bicornuate uterus is diagnosed of fetoplacental insufficiency. Gestational age- 37 weeks by LMP, 33 weeks by USG (4 June 2015). USG (4 june): AFI:5-6; mild fetoplacental insufficiency; FHR- 140 beats/min; os closed, cervix-36 cms, no uteroplacental insufficiency, no fetal hypoxia. USG (20 may): 31 weeks, by LMP-33 weeks.

Other findings normal. What is ideal line of treatment? Please suggest.
