Friends, One of my relatives had experienced an injury at the junction of common hepatic duct & right hepatic duct while undergoing cholecystectomy. subsequently, he had undergone an ERCP & stenting for the same, but unfortunately, the stent was displaced. Again, an ERCP stenting with a narrow caliber stent was used, but there was again stent migration.
An ERCP was again performed and 3 stents were introduced, but still, after 3 days, there was stent migration. Can any one help with any suggestion now?
