I,would like to get some information on the latest molecule or drug in market that can be used for the treatment of gynecomastia. I have a pt of age 21yrs with c/o gynecomastia, its genetic for him, his father has got it.Its worrying him. He had taken a dose of tamoxifen for 1month but didn't relieved.

So please share any of information on this, or anyone treated such pt non surgical. Thanks.
