The Success of this program highly depends on the following questions, Is there any leave norms throughout the country? If not, Ghost Faculty will enjoy more leaves as usual. CL, EL, RH, medical leave, Maternity leave, Loss of pay norms etc., should be made clear.

(In future, Experience certificate can be issued on-line based on our presence in the college, which in turn avoid dictatorship of medical colleges) Timings of the colleges have to be specified.
