Case presentation A 51-year-old woman presented with progressively worsening bowel habits over the past year. Symptoms included bowel movements every three days, long and sharp stools, and intermittent blood-mixed feces occurring every 3–4 weeks.
She denied abdominal pain, weight loss, or night sweats.
