Recently came across 11 month old child with bleeding from right nipple since 3 days. It was small specks of blood. There was no h/o trauma/ intake of any medication. On examination there were no signs of inflamation.

While going through the literature few case reports mentioned mammary duct ectasia as a cause, when we investigated with USG the radiologist has given it as RT sided mammary duct ectasia. Any body has treated similiar kind of cases? What next, conservative management or surgery?
