almost every trousers fitted with zipper,sometime penis entrapped in zipper in paediatric to geriatric age group. almost alway its penis that trapped in zipper either flaccid stage or in erect stage when one is without underwears.

although these injuries are minor and prevetable,but when it occurs it create havoc. manegement includes.....under effect of 1% lignocaine zipper can be unzipped or can be cut by bone cutter, is this injury common?
