A 62-year-old female had h/o of angioplasty 2 years back presently on telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide, atorvastatin and clopidogrel complaining of bleeding through stool single episode. The patient had h/o passing hard stool previously but stopped now due to the intake of purgatives.
