A 37-year-old female present with an asymptomatic blue-gray macule on the palatal side of the papilla between #5/6. Past Medication history : Atazanavir/ritonavir + tenofovir/emtricitabine, lisinopril, pravastatin, calcium 600 mg/vitamin D Past medical history: HIV +ve since 8 years, hypertension, elevated cholesterol. Social history: alcoholic (1 glass /day) Clinical Findings Intraoral examination reveals an intact dentition with a fractured palatal cusp on #4 and facial cervical caries on #5.
