A 33-year-old male patient presents to the emergency department following a road traffic accident. The windshield of the car in which he was travelling broke and the glass caused lacerated wounds on the left side of his face. He required multiple facial and intraocular surgeries for his left eye. His right eye and right side of the face was apparently not involved at the initial presentation. At discharge from the hospital his visual acuity was limited to hand movements in the left eye. Right eye vision was normal. Four weeks after the final surgery, he presented to the OPD with blurred vison in the right eye.

Visual acuity was reduced and conjunctiva was hyperemic. Fundoscopic picture of the right eye is shown. What is the diagnosis? Source: Arevalo et al. Middle East Afr J Ophthalmol. 2012 Jan-Mar; 19(1): 13–21.
