I am doing internship and I have one year to prepare for USMLE step 1. Pls suggest if any body passed this test and doing practise in U.S. I heared a lot about kaplan and Dr.Najeeb lectures and Goljan pathlogy books.

How can I pass USMLE in first attempt. Pls guide for my preprations?
