A 13-year-old boy who was normal was brought with progressive change in skin color. No fever, loss of weight. No bowel disturbances. The Recent decline in school performance for last 6 months.
Only child, no family history of similar illness or consanguinity. O/E : No pallor, Pigmentation as shown in photos. Examination of systems normal. Relevant investigations were done: Blood Total count 9000, DC N 52 L 44 ,E4 , Hb 14, ESR 14 Peripheral smear reported normal Serum Cortisol was reported normal How will you proceed?
