In budget 2021 our Finance minister's announcement for our health infrastructures is one of a big milestone in the Indian health care system madam Her allocation to healthcare in this budget has been increased substantially. The areas of focus will be preventive and curative healthcare as well as well being. The allocation is around Rs 2,23,846 crore, a 137% percentage rise from the previous budget. This is a great step taken by the central government to strengthen the health infrastructures in all primary, secondary, and tertiary health care systems. Her announcement of Rs.
35,000 crore for COVID-19 vaccination is a great one. This will help to eradicate COVID-19 from India. Her introduction of Aatmanirbhar Swastha Bharat health program ( our Prime minister Dream) with an outlay of Rs. 64,180 crores is a great boon to the Indian health care system.
