50 yr old lady came with watery discharge from one breast for past 3 months,increased for past few days. Serum prolactin,TSH, mammography normal with few reactionary lymph nodes seen. On exam no mass or any nipple abnormality seen or felt except the thin watery discharge from one nipple. She has had a hysterectomy for uterine fibroids 5 yrs back.
Known diabetic on OHA and well controlled. There is a history of breast cancer in one sister and low grade ovarian cancer in other sister. What should be further line of investigation and management
