A 30 years old female c/o feeling swelling in her lt breast, size increasing, it appears bigger than Rt, and dense in consistency with little pain. She had an episode of fever seven months back. Initial exam and investigations normal.

Now after two months, it turned out to be mastitis. Reports posted BIRD 3. My query is: What to do, go for biopsy or wait and advise antibiotics and proteolytic therapy for 15 days?
