VKC is cold compresses of the eye a very common ocular disorder. Management is rather difficult for simple reasons as the disorder is chronic and has seasonal remissions. The symptoms like itching burning sensation and redness of eyes are rather severe.
So, in most of the times , the patients self-medicate and the self-medication is strong topical steroids which produce magical results but the problem is some of these patient’s land into steroid-induced glaucoma.
