Hi, I'm just re-posting this as I could not get much reply on the same. I've been searching for exact indication of Neb. Ipratropium bromide with we usually combine with Salbutamol or alternate with Salbutamol. 1. Please let me know, when exactly you add on Ipratropium bromide? Though most of the books say combine nebulization. 2. Is there any indication where in you give only Ipratropium?
3. Regarding Salbutamol - Is there a minimum dose that needs to be given as Nebulization? The usual dose I give is 0.03ml/kg/dose (0.15mg/kg)...So, is there like 0.5ml is the minimum that we have to give? 4. How many of you are using Neb. Budesonide (Pulmicort) along with above regimen? or Just give systemic corticosteroids? Mk
