15 yr old female presented with pain in abdomen, swelling, anorexia, loss of weight & vomiting off&on since 2-3 yrs. On examination she was malnourished & there was a huge hard lump in epigastrium. Ct scan revealed giant tricobezoar of stomach.

Attendants gave a positive history of habit of ingestion of hairs since childhood. She was operated and tricobezoar weighing 1 kg removed from stomach.
