TAH BSO on 24/2/10- CIN III. After 3 years colposcopy and biopsy showed high grade dysplasia CIN III and underwent vault excision and partial vaginectomy on 15/3/14 Dec 14. Pap showed ASCUS. Received antibiotis and antifungal. FEb 15 pap showed intermediate nad few parabasal cells in a back ground of lactobacilli.

Pap done on 15/5/15 reported atypical cells. What next? How to folow or what treatment can be given? Is there any role for vaginal brachytherapy
