Children are considered the backbone of a society with a futuristic vision. Are we getting myopic on that front as the society demands 150 marks out of 100? Are you treating or caring your children the same way you enjoyed your childhood? A big no, right? In the name of success, making a genius, increasing the number of zeroes to right side, they are going to fetch in their adulthood.
I think children are overburdened by the present curriculum, whoever has decided it, did great injustice to a large segment of our population who are not aware of their rights. In the name of academics are we creating or destroying the development of genuine neural circuitry for our kids? Who depends on their limbic system compared to adults, who depend on the prefrontal cortex, which make them more judgmental?
