A 25 year male had a malunion Tibia with angulation in sagittal plane . Surgical osteoclasis and I/M Nailing was done.

Postop patient is unable to extend his Great Toe and complains of Burning Sensation in plantar aspect of foot.Sensory  and Motor examination is normal.Kindly give opinion regarding Diagnosis and Management?
