An 80 year old patient complaints of burning sensation of the mouth for the past 6 months. No visible ulcerations or redness in the oral cavity. No white lesions or any other changes in the oral mucosa. Patient complaints that she cannot eat anything other than curd rice.

She is diabetic, hypertensive on medications and on anti coagulants. There are many patients with similar conditions. What will be the possible causes and treatment?
