Bypass in the Right Lower Limb for Critical Ischemia.

A lady presented with a non healing ulcer in her right heel. She was Diabetic and had a long block in her femoral and popliteal arteries. She underwent successful bypass with a PTFE Ringed graft from Ext.

Iliac artery to Anterio Tibial Artery. Her wound healed well and was discharged.
