If there are two doctors say radiologists of equal competence.. One gives commission and other does not.. What shall the honest doctor do.

Shall he sacrifice his moral values for more patients. Or shall he be just satisfied with less referral and ignore the bad comments made by greedy doctor about reports just cos he is not getting commission.. Can a doctor survive by honesty and ethics...
